1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of flashinstallers.com and the quote-request and connection services offered by ZA Ventures LLC DBA Flash Installers (“Flash Installers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to use the service. By submitting information, you represent that you meet these requirements and are authorized to provide the information and request assistance for the property concerned.
2. What Flash Installers provides
Flash Installers is a referral and connection service for people seeking EV charger installation. We collect information about your project and help connect you with independent installation professionals who may serve your area.
We are not your installation contractor, electrician, or agent for an installer. We do not perform electrical work, issue installation quotes on an installer’s behalf, inspect your property, or supervise an installation. Nothing on the website is a substitute for an electrical assessment by a qualified professional.
Our service does not guarantee that an installer is available, will contact you, will provide a quote, or will accept your project. Availability and matching depend on location, project requirements, and participating professionals.
3. Quote requests and information sharing
You agree to provide accurate, current contact and project information and to submit requests only for genuine installation needs. Do not provide another person’s contact details without authorization.
Submitting a quote request asks us to share relevant contact, location, and project details with one or more installers so they can discuss your project. We may receive payment from installers for introductions or leads. These commercial relationships may affect which professionals participate in or receive requests through our service.
A preferred quote-inspection date is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A date becomes confirmed only when you and the installer agree. A website request is not an installation order or a contract to buy services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. It does not create permission for automated calls or marketing texts; any consent required for those communications must be obtained separately.
4. Independent installers and your responsibilities
Installers operate independently and are responsible for their own quotes, contracts, workmanship, licenses, insurance, permits, scheduling, employees, and compliance with applicable laws and electrical codes.
Before hiring an installer, you should verify its qualifications, required licenses, insurance, references, and any warranty terms. Confirm the proposed scope, charger compatibility, panel capacity, required upgrades, permits, inspections, total price, and payment terms directly with the installer.
Descriptions such as “top-rated” reflect the service’s focus on connecting customers with well-reviewed professionals. They are not a guarantee of a particular rating, credential, outcome, or performance. Ratings can change, and you should review the professional’s current credentials and reviews yourself.
Your installation contract is with the installer. Payment, cancellations, refunds, warranties, property damage, and disputes relating to its work are governed by your agreement with that installer and applicable law. Flash Installers does not provide a warranty for an independent installer’s work.
5. Pricing, estimates, and scheduling
Actual installation pricing depends on the property’s electrical setup, charger location, equipment, permit requirements, and any necessary upgrades. Website information is general and does not constitute a binding quote or promise of savings, a rebate, or eligibility for a government or utility program.
Requesting a quote does not obligate you to hire an installer. We do not charge homeowners for submitting the website’s quote request. An installer may charge for an assessment or other work only under the terms you agree with that installer; ask about any charges before scheduling.
We do not guarantee a response time, inspection date, installation timeline, price, financing approval, or rebate availability.
6. Communications and optional SMS program
Communications about your request may include questions about your project, quote coordination, and appointment updates, subject to applicable law and your choices. A quote request is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing, prerecorded calls, or automated texts.
If you separately opt in to messages from ZA Ventures LLC DBA Flash Installers, texts may include quote-request updates, appointment coordination or reminders, and customer support. Promotional messages are sent only if separately authorized. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Marketing-text consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You can cancel Flash Installers texts by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (832) 224-5154. You may also revoke consent through those contact methods. Valid opt-out requests will be honored as required by law; a final confirmation may be sent. You may opt in again through the applicable consent process.
Text delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Independent installers are responsible for their own communications and must obtain any consent required for their messaging. See our Privacy Policy for information handling and SMS consent practices.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, duplicate spam, or unauthorized requests.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority concerning a property.
- Interfere with the website, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Scrape or harvest personal information, bypass security controls, or use the service to solicit installers without authorization.
- Infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law.
We may restrict or discontinue access for misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
8. Website content and external services
The Flash Installers name, branding, design, and original website content are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and use the website for your personal installation inquiry. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
Embedded surveys and links may use third-party services. Their availability and independent practices are outside our control. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to its terms and privacy policy.
9. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and connection service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or a particular result. We do not warrant the quality, suitability, safety, or performance of an independent installer’s services.
To the extent permitted by law, Flash Installers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or referral service. We are not responsible for independent installers’ acts or omissions merely because a connection was made through our website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for our fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct protected by applicable law. These Terms do not waive any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations; those provisions apply only to the extent allowed.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of another jurisdiction apply.
If a dispute concerns our website or connection service, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your ability to bring a lawful claim, seek urgent relief, contact a regulator, or use any dispute process required by law. Disputes about installation work should also be directed to the installer responsible for that work.
11. Changes and general provisions
We may update these Terms or change the service. Revised Terms will show a new date. Changes apply prospectively, and any additional notice or agreement required by law will be provided. A material change will not retroactively alter an existing dispute or completed transaction.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
